An explanation regarding “chain of custody.” Here it is:
The term “Chain of Custody” form is commonly referred in acronym usage as a CCF (Chain of Custody Form) or CoC, and references a document or paper trail showing the custody, control, transfer, analysis, and disposition of a physical human specimen test. All testing done at South Florida Drug Testing Services includes a Chain of Custody Form for purposes of integrity.

We carefully and accurately document the management and storage of all specimens from the moment a donor provides the specimen (typically urine) for the collector to the final destination of the specimen and the review and reporting of the final test result.
